The exhibition area showcasing e-commerce and digital technology applications attracted significant attention at the Vietnam International Sourcing Expo 2025.

On the morning of September 4, 2025, immediately after the opening ceremony of the Vietnam International Sourcing Exhibition and Event Series (VnSourcing 2025) at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC, Ho Chi Minh City), Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh, former President Nguyen Minh Triet, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Phan Thi Thang, along with many leaders and representatives from ministries, sectors, and localities, visited the "Exhibition Area on E-commerce Applications and Digital Technology Solutions".

Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh and other leaders listened to presentations on the outstanding activities of the e-commerce sector in the past period, notably the MegaLive sessions "Vietnam Takes Flight" – an event organized within the framework of the exhibition, aimed at promoting typical Vietnamese products to domestic and international consumers.

Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh, former President Nguyen Minh Triet, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Phan Thi Thang, along with leaders and representatives from various ministries, sectors, and localities, visited the Exhibition Area on E-commerce Applications and Digital Technology Solutions of the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy.

With the mission of bringing Vietnamese agricultural products to the world and connecting local values ​​with international friends, MegaLive has brought together many reputable brands, affirming the position of Vietnamese businesses in the market: from coffee beans of international quality (K Coffee, Metrang Coffee, UFO Coffee, Fado Coconut…), local specialties (Hue One Food, Snackviet) to dried fruits, herbal teas, traditional spices, heritage pillows and Vietnamese ceramics.

The event, supported by Tik Tok Shop, Foodmap, Sendo Farm, and MVOT, not only serves as a launching pad for Vietnamese brands to conquer the domestic market but also contributes to spreading the message of innovation, creativity, and sustainable value in production.

At the exhibition, the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy introduced to the business community a series of e-commerce and digital technology solutions applied to production and business activities such as Go Online, Go Export, Go AI, Go Right, and programs supporting exports through cross-border e-commerce.

The series of events continues from September 5th.

Within the framework of the exhibition, the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy will continue to organize the “Vietnam E-commerce & Digital Technology Application Forum 2025” on September 5, 2025 at The Adora Premium Convention Center, 803 Nguyen Van Linh Street, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

The morning session will feature the E-commerce Conference: “Diversifying Export Markets and Applying Digital Technology for Vietnamese Businesses,” focusing on export solutions through e-commerce and the application of digital technology, AI, and big data to improve efficiency.

In the afternoon, the "Overview Forum on E-commerce and Cross-Border E-commerce – A Direction for Vietnamese Export Businesses" took place, where experts and businesses from both within and outside Vietnam discussed global e-commerce trends, modern logistics, supply chain management, and solutions to support export businesses.

With the participation of many big names such as Amazon Global Selling, Shopee, TikTok Shop, ViettelPost, JD Logistics, Fado, Proship, GGBingo… and the coordinating unit being the ACBC Global Cross-Border E-commerce Alliance, this event is expected to become a strategic meeting point, a platform for connecting e-commerce, providing practical opportunities for Vietnamese businesses to enhance their competitiveness and cooperate to expand into the international market.
